Tendy Nemus is a new and smart tenderizer that easily syncs with Tendy's proprietary and user-friendly app. With Nemus tenderizer, you get the best results when tenderizing your game meat.
Knowing how long to tenderize meat can be challenging and lead to uncertainty as factors such as temperature and humidity during the tenderizing process can vary.
Tendy baserar uträkningarna för att få bästa möjliga mörning på viltköttet på den beprövade principen 40 dygnsgrader, vilket gör att du slipper gissa dig fram till när den kemiska processen är klar. Du kan även välja själv i appen hur många dygnsgrader du vill att köttet ska möras. Vad som menas med en mörningsprocess är att köttets bindväv & proteiner bryts ner av naturliga enzymer över tid vilket ger ett mer smakrikt och mört kött.
The Nemus device is synced via Bluetooth to the app and sends updated information every time you sync the device with the app. When you update the information to the app, your tenderizing processes are updated to be more precise.
Tendy app you have a clear dashboard where you can read how far the process is in percentage and remaining days left of the tenderization. This makes it easy for you to plan when it's time to cut, you can easily share your tenderizing processes with friends directly in the app to get help with the cutting of hunting companions.
