Simplify packaging with the smart Libra scale

Tendy Libra is a tabletop scale that seamlessly connects with the Tendy app via Bluetooth. With a capacity of up to 30 kg and an accuracy of 1 g up to 15 kg, you get reliable measurements every time. The weight is displayed on the clear LCD screen and also sent directly to the app.

Libra can, together with Tendy Scriptor, automatically print labels with the “auto-print” function. This means you only need to place, for example, the vacuum bag with meat that Libra weighs, and then it sends information to the app to print directly via Scriptor, completely without any manual action. The “auto-print” function has several different settings. For example, you can adjust the sensitivity and how long the weight must be stable before printing. To use the “auto-print” function, you need a premium subscription.

The top of the scale is made of stainless steel and the plate can be easily removed for cleaning – perfect after a day in the slaughterhouse. Libra is powered by 3 AA batteries (not included) and automatically shuts off after 5 minutes to save battery.

Do I need to add the scale every time I want to use it?

No, you only need to take ownership the first time you sync the scale by:

Go to Profile -> My devices -> + Sync new device -> Tap on Libra -> make sure the scale is turned on and sync with the scale.

You now have ownership of the scale and can start using it.

Is the Tendy app available for both IOS & Android?

Yes, you can download the Tendy app in the App Store or in Google Play. Search for Tendy.

Is it free to download and use the Tendy app?

Yes, the app is free to download for both iOS & Android users. It is perfectly fine to use Libra without needing a premium subscription.
Premium subscription gives you additional features such as the ability to use "auto-print" together with a Scriptor label printer.

Is it difficult to install and get started with Tendy Libra?

No, it is very easy to get started with Libra and get the weight into the Tendy app. You just need to sync/take ownership of your device. Then you just click on the scale when you want to print a label with Scriptor to sync the weight. It is important that the scale is turned on when the app searches for the scale. You do not need to press any button or similar, just have the scale turned on for the app to find the scale.

How far away can I sync the scale?

At most, you can sync the scale from about 10 meters. What affects the distances is if there are walls or similar between you and the device.

Do I need the app to use the Fluctus scale?

No, it works perfectly fine to use the scale just like usual without syncing the weight to the Tendy app.

How do I change the batteries on my Libra scale?

You only need to open the small hatch on the back and insert three AA batteries.

How exactly does Libra measure weight?

Between 0-15kg the precision is about 1g.
Between 15kg-30kg the precision is about 5g.

Can I remove and wash the stainless steel plate?

Yes, it is fine to remove the plate to wash it. You just lift it off and then put it back into the holes again.

What different units can I choose from?

You can easily choose the unit between Gram (g), Kilogram (kg), Pounds (lb), Ounces (oz), and Milliliters (ml).

Is it possible to reset (tare) the scale in the app?

Yes, you can reset (tare/zero) the scale both through the app and directly on the scale.

Det går absolut att sätta pris/kg på varje etikett, dock kräver det att du har ett premium abonomang för 299 kr/år.
VI kommer även med en uppdatering där du kan välja pris/kg för olika styckdetaljer och djur, vågar dock inte lova när den uppdateringen lanseras.
