TERMS DRAWING

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Tendy AB, org.nr 5594779778, with address Valhallavägen 44, 114 22, Stockholm.

2. Timeframes for the draw

Last day to have an active premium subscription and participate in the competition is Monday, June 30, 2025 at 23:59. Winners in the draw will be selected on July 1 and notified via email.

3. How to participate

Everyone who has an active Tendy Premium 1-year subscription is entered into the competition. If you already have a premium subscription, you are automatically entered into the draw; if you do not yet have a premium subscription, you can participate HERE. Example: You have a Tendy premium subscription 1 year for 299 SEK/year active before June 30 at 23:59.

4. Who can participate?

Everyone who has an active subscription without a trial period is participating in the drawing. To win the Mauser M25 rifle, specific rules apply. All other prizes apply to subscribers in all countries.

5. Wins

Five (5) prizes are included in the draw where the total value is approximately 75,054 SEK. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

NOTE: The prize Mauser M25 Max is a licensed rifle. This means that the winner of the prize must be a Swedish citizen, registered and residing in Sweden, and be over 18 years old. If the winner is not approved during the license application, Tendy reserves the right to appoint a new winner. The prizes will be sent or handed out to the winners.

6. Winners and drawing

The winner is chosen through a random draw in our user database, due to GDPR we cannot show the draw live. The winner is contacted via email after the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Tendy reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Tax

Any potential capital gains tax shall be paid by the winner according to applicable legislation. Since this is a lottery that does not require any consideration, no capital gains tax shall be charged.

8. Personal data

Tendy AB processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. The personal data used in the lottery are common personal data for the use of the Tendy app and no additional personal data are used in the lottery. Email will only be used to contact the winner.
