CONDITIONS OF THE RAFFLE

1. organizer

The competition is organized by Tendy AB, org.nr 5594779778, with address Valhallavägen 44, 114 22, Stockholm.

2. Timeframes for the draw

The last day to have an active premium subscription and participate in the competition is Monday, June 30, 2025 at 23:59. Winners will be drawn on July 1 and notified by email.

3. how to participate

Everyone who has an active Tendy Premium 1 year subscription is in the competition. If you already have a premium subscription, you are automatically entered into the draw, if you do not yet have a premium subscription, you can enter HERE. Example: You have a Tendy premium subscription 1 year for 299 SEK/year active before June 30 at 23:59.

4. Who can participate?

Everyone with an active subscription without a trial period is entered into the draw. To win the Mauser M25 rifle, specific rules apply. All other prizes apply to subscribers in all countries.

5. Profits

Five (5) prizes are in the draw with a total value of approximately SEK 75,054. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

NOTE: The Mauser M25 Max prize is a licensed rifle. This means that the winner of the prize must be a Swedish citizen, be written and resident in Sweden and be over 18 years of age. If the winner is not approved at the time of the license application, Tendy reserves the right to appoint a new winner.

6. Winners and draw

The winner is selected by a random draw in our user database, due to GDPR we cannot show the draw live. The winner will be contacted by email after the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Tendy reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. tax

Any tax on winnings will be paid by the winner in accordance with applicable law. As this is a non-claimable prize draw, no tax on winnings will be charged.

8. personal data

Tendy AB processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The personal data used in the raffle is standard personal data for using the Tendy app and no additional personal data is used in the raffle. Email will only be used to contact the winner.
