Questions & answers
Good to know before you buy a gift.
Can the hunter return the gift?+
Yes. Gifts from Tendy have extended returns until 31 January 2027. The product must be unused and not paired with a Tendy account. Email hello@tendy.se and we will send you a return label. A return fee of 99 kr is deducted from the refund.
Does the hunter need anything else to use the products?+
The products connect to the Tendy app on the phone. Scriptor prints right away with two ready-made templates. Custom templates and automatic printing from Libra require a Tendy Premium subscription.
I don't know what the hunter already has. What should I choose?+
