Tendy AB — Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Tendy AB ships orders, what delivery times and costs to expect, and how delivery issues are handled. It supplements our Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Return and Refund Policy. In case of any conflict between this policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

1. Where We Ship

Tendy ships orders placed on tendy.se to Sweden and most countries within the European Union and the European Economic Area. The countries available for delivery are listed in the checkout based on your selected market.

If your country is not available in the checkout, please contact hello@tendy.se and we will let you know whether shipping can be arranged.

2. Delivery Times

Our normal delivery times, counted from the day your order is dispatched, are:

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on destination, weather, customs (where applicable) and seasonal volumes.

2.1 Order processing time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day at the earliest.

2.2 Significant delays

If delivery is significantly delayed compared to the estimates above and we have not informed you in advance, please contact hello@tendy.se. You have a statutory right to cancel the purchase if delivery is delayed and the delay is of significant importance to you, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the checkout based on your destination, the size of your order, and your selected shipping method. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

From time to time we may offer free shipping above a certain order value or as part of a promotion. Any such offer is shown clearly on the website and in the checkout.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with a network of established shipping partners to deliver your orders reliably. Depending on your destination and order, we may use:

  • DHL

  • PostNord

  • UPS

  • Posti

  • Bring

  • Instabox / Budbee (Instabee)

  • Deutsche Post

The available shipping methods for your destination are shown in the checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact hello@tendy.se.

6. Delivery, Risk and Title

Delivery is considered completed when the package has been received by you or by someone you have authorised to receive it on your behalf. From the moment of delivery, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

Title to the goods passes to you when full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

7. Delivery Address and Notifications

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

To enable delivery notifications and tracking updates, your shipping partner may receive your name, address, email and mobile number from us. See our Privacy Policy at tendy.se/privacy-policy for details.

8. Uncollected Packages

If you do not collect your package from the pick-up point, or if the courier is unable to deliver more than two times, the package is returned to us. The same applies if you have provided an incorrect address.

Failure to collect a package is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal. In these cases we charge a handling fee of 99 SEK / 10 EUR / 99 NOK / 99 DKK to cover return shipping and administrative costs. This fee, together with the original delivery fee, is deducted from any refund. If your order value is equal to or less than this fee, no refund will be issued.

To exercise your right of withdrawal correctly, please follow the procedure described in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

9.1 Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of all damaged products.

  2. Take photos of the inner and outer packaging showing damage in transit.

  3. Email hello@tendy.se promptly with the photos and your order number.

  4. Do not discard the product before we have given instructions on how to proceed.

Once we have received the documentation, we will replace the damaged item or provide an equivalent remedy. Tendy covers all costs related to transport damage — no return handling fee applies.

9.2 Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if the parcel appears lost in transit, please contact hello@tendy.se with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping partner and arrange a remedy as appropriate.

9.3 Missing or wrong items

If items are missing from your delivery or you have received the wrong product, please contact hello@tendy.se within a reasonable time after delivery, with your order number and photos showing what you received.

10. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT and no additional customs duties apply.
For deliveries outside the EU (where available), additional customs duties, import taxes or fees may be charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to industrial action, fire, war, pandemics, government decisions, transport disruptions, customs delays, or material shortages or non-delivery from a supplier. In such cases we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and either reschedule delivery or refund your order if delivery is no longer possible.
