Usually it takes 1–3 business days to receive your order if you live in Sweden.
If you live outside Sweden, the normal shipping time is 2-5 business days. We do our best to deliver it to you quickly.
Returns:
If you want to make a return, email us and ask for a return label and we will help you with that.
The return fee is 99 SEK / 9.9 Euro, which will be deducted from the refund.
Units that have been used and locked to an account cannot be returned; for a return, the unit must be removed from your Tendy account.
