Tendy base ses calculs pour obtenir la meilleure maturation possible de la viande de gibier sur le principe éprouvé des 40 degrés-jours, ce qui vous évite de deviner quand le processus chimique est terminé. Vous pouvez également choisir dans l'application le nombre de degrés-jours souhaité pour la maturation de la viande. Une maturation signifie que le tissu conjonctif et les protéines de la viande sont décomposés par des enzymes naturelles au fil du temps, ce qui donne une viande plus savoureuse et tendre.
L'appareil Nemus se synchronise via Bluetooth avec l'application et envoie des informations mises à jour à chaque synchronisation. Lorsque vous mettez à jour les informations dans l'application, vos processus de maturation deviennent plus précis.
Avec l'application Tendy, vous disposez d'un tableau de bord clair où vous pouvez voir le pourcentage d'avancement du processus ainsi que les jours restants de maturation. - If you live outside Sweden, the normal shipping time is 2-5 business days. We do our best to deliver it to you quickly.
Returns:
- If you want to make a return, email us and ask for a return label and we will help you with that.
- The return fee is 99 SEK / 9.9 Euro, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Units that have been used and locked to an account cannot be returned; for a return, the unit must be removed from your Tendy account.

How far away can I sync the device?
At most, you can sync the device from about 25 meters away. What affects the distance is whether there are walls or similar obstacles between you and the device.
How often does the device measure the temperature?
Nemnus measures temperature and humidity every five minutes.
How long does the included battery last?
The battery lasts for about one year with normal use. If you store your Nemus device at room temperature and do not keep it in a cold room, the battery will last longer.
Is Nemus waterproof?
Yes, Nemus is completely waterproof and is IP67 rated. It is easy to clean your device with some soap and water.
How accurately does Nemus measure temperature & humidity?
Nemus measures the temperature with a precision of +/- 0.3°C and humidity at +/- 2%.
